Year 5 enjoyed a wonderful workshop on A Midsummer Night’s Dream on Tuesday afternoon. After exploring the play as a whole, each class worked on a specific scene, which they performed to each other in a ‘sharing session’ at the end of the afternoon.
It was incredible to see what the girls produced in just 40 minutes; they performed with such energy and spoke beautifully.
It was also wonderful to see Shakespeare’s work so brilliantly brought to life in this fun, engaging and highly creative workshop, which was enjoyed by both pupils and staff. A big thank you to ‘West End in Schools’ for joining us!
